Trailblazer Return & Shipping Policy
RETURNS: We hope you love your new gear. But if for any reason you don't, your purchase may be returned for a full refund. Sorry, postage and handling charges are not refundable. The items must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase and accompanied by a packing list. All returned items must be in their original condition and include all original tags and product packaging. Once we receive your return, we will promptly refund the credit card that was used to purchase the items. Please return the item using a traceable method of delivery (UPS, FED EX, USPS, etc.)

SHIPPING: All orders are shipped according to the following rates and options. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible, although there may be orders that take slightly longer. Please allow 1 - 4 business days to process your order. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days and will add to the delivery time. If there is a delay, one of our customer service representatives will immediately notify you by email. Once an order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
OVERSIZED/MULTIPLE PACKAGES: If your package is oversized or needs to be shipped in multiple packages, we may email you a quote for the shipping, which will differ from the shipping charges below. However, we won't ship you're item until we've received approval from you for the new shipping charges.
