
How and where do I return an order?
You may return your order using any traceable method of delivery, such as, UPS, FED EX, USPS, DHL etc. to the following address: Return your order to:

How long before my credit card is credited after returning an order?
Once we receive and process your return, it generally takes 24 to 72 hours to see the credit on your card. Any shipping charges will not be refunded.
Can I return an order to a store location?
Yes, any of our retail locations can process your return. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, with original tags and packaging and with the packing list sent with your order. Any shipping charges will not be refunded.
Why does my order get cancelled?
The most common reason for your order being cancelled is the product that you ordered is out of stock. You will receive an email from Trailblazer explaining the cancellation.
Can I use a Trailblazer gift card or store credit online?
Unfortunately, you can not currently use Trailblazer gift cards or store credits online.
