  • FOOTBED - 3mm Polyurethane with Dri-Lex Sockliner
  • Dri-Lex covered 3mm polyurethane insole (thickest under the ball of the foot)
  • 4mm anatomical pod outsole design that offers more plating for underfoot protection and distributes forefoot impact without compromising important ground feedback essential to a proper forefoot-strike running form.
  • Athletic padded collar

Overall

After years of knee pain and surgeries, I am once again running 5-mile trails, everyday, totally pain-free! Vibram Bikilas are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn, in fact, I wear them instead of my "regular" shoes most days! People are always asking me about my Vibrams, and I praise them so much that some folks actually ask if I work for the company!!!

Overall

Great shoe, feels like you're going bear foot. Was a little concerned on how it was going to feel when I went running, however, was blown away on how light on my feet I felt. Definitely would recommend easing into to runs though. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase.
