When I purchased my Vibram shoes I was exited to see how they helped my running/ posture/ muscle tone. Well I am not disappointed, at fist the muscles in my feet and lower legs got really sore but they are much stronger now. It is so much fun to run in these shoes and I have not had such a good experience with a running shoe. When I went to run in a 5K race people thought that you can only run on soft surfaces, but this shoe is so versatile that it will do about anything you ask it to. I showed them and got first place! I Will always be a huge fan of this shoe. One down fall is that they can get a bit sweaty but that is ok if you wash them often. If you have fallen archs you may have to grow into these since you have to develop strong foot and leg muscles, these shoes actually helped with my right foots fallen arch and is building muscle. It is stronger every time that I run. Also I have noticed that my back problems are less bothersome and that they really loosen the muscles everywhere in your body so I am more flexible up as well stronger. Thanks!
