Overall

LOVE the mitts. However, will not order online from Trailblazer again. The security tag was not removed before shipping. I left a message with customer service and a couple weeks later have still not received a call back. I went to my local mall with the packing list and materials and a nice lady at a department store was able to remove the tag for me. Not a good buying experience.
