How and where do I return an order?
You may return your order using any traceable method of delivery, such as, UPS, FED EX, USPS etc. to the following address:

How long before my credit card is credited after returning an order?
Once we receive and process your return, it generally takes 24 to 72 hours to see the credit on your card. Any shipping charges will not be refunded.

Is ShopTrailblazer.com a secure website?
Yes, ShopTrailblazer.com is a secure website. We process online transactions safely and securely via our SSL web server. You can view our SSL valid certificate on all secure pages throughout the checkout process by clicking on the Secured by Thawte icon in the top left corner of the shopping cart pages. Once your order is placed, order information is encrypted and securely transmitted for processing. For your ​convenience, you can also checkout using payal, amazon checkout or google checkout. We value your information and email address as well and will not be sold or shared with any anyone at any time.

Do you charge Tax?
Only orders shipping to Connecticut are charged a 6.35% tax which is required by law. Orders shipping outside of CT will not be charge tax.

Can I return an order to a store location?
Yes, any of our retail locations can process your return. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, with original tags and packaging and with the packing list sent with your order. Any shipping charges will not be refunded.

Can I use a Trailblazer gift card online?
Yes, Trailblazer gift cards are redeemable online. Balance inquiries can be obtained here. However, the use of gift cards cannot be combined with a paypal transaction.

How do I contact customer service?
You can contact customer service by preferably by email at service@shoptrailblazer.com or call at 866.451.3795 Ext. 1. Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm EST. If we can not take your call, leave a message or send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

I haven't received any shipping notification?
Orders that are place after 2pm EST won't receive a tracking number until the following day. If you haven't received a tracking number within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder in your email inbox. Order notifications come from service@shoptrailblazer.com.
